Boundary Between Interior and Exterior: When Radiology and Photography Resonate Institut Mutualiste Montsouris, Paris, 2023 The "Paris Awakens" collection features a series of four photographs capturing the flow of various bridges in central Paris. By creating a flow within the main artery of Paris’ heart, the collection attempts, in its own way, to breathe life into the City of Light. It echoes the four chambers of the human heart (two atria and two ventricles) illustrated in the artwork "Myocardium". Its blue and gold palette symbolizes the twilight sky and the golden reflections of the Seine's embankments. "Ecstasy" represents the magic of life. It is part of a broader collection of abstract figures whose lines are derived from human cardiac flow, visualized through a specific cardiac MRI sequence. "Cavalier" and "Majestic Posture" are evocative works created from photographs of riders in motion.
